SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

We ship within 2-4 business days after receipt of your order via USPS First Class Package Service. Orders are typically received within 7 business days. Please consult tracking numbers for up to date information.

Our Standard International Shipments are also via USPS First Class International Service. The package will have a tracking number for general, but not detailed, tracking. We will provide proof of shipment but we cannot guarantee delivery on international packages. Normally, our International packages arrive with out incident. However, if you would like to ship your international package via a guaranteed service please contact us at info@vespertinenyc.com or call 212-729-1007.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept returns and exchanges for 40 days after receipt of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags. Please include the packing slip with the return.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please alert us immediately. We will also exchange items for a different size, color, or style if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Additional fees may apply or refunds may be issued if you are exchanging for an item of a higher or lesser value.

If you would like to return or exchange your item, please notify us of your intent by email at sales@vespertinenyc.com. Then send your item back to us at the below address.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless there is a mistake with the order for which we are at fault. Please consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we will receive your returned or exchanged item and that we are able to track it if there is an issue.
USPS provides tracking on all packages including their First Class Service, which we find to be a reliable and economical choice.
